How to Raise a Request

Raise your refund or replacement request within 24 hours of receiving your delivery.

Provide Proof

Share a clear unboxing video and/or photos clearly showing the damage, defect, or wrong item.

Get Resolved

Once approved, your replacement or refund will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Eligible for Refund / Replacement

  • Damaged products received on delivery
  • Defective or manufacturing-faulty items
  • Incorrect products sent (wrong item dispatched)

Not Eligible for Refund

  • Used, opened, or partially consumed products
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor natural variations in handcrafted items (color, texture, size)
  • Requests raised beyond 24 hours of delivery
