We understand plans change. Here is everything you need to know about cancelling a Glow Glitter order.
Cancellation Timeline
Within 24 hours of placing order
You can cancel your order for any reason. Simply contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order ID and we will process the cancellation immediately.
After 24 hours OR once shipped
Once an order has been processed and dispatched, cancellation is not possible. Please ensure you confirm your order details before completing payment.
Refund for cancelled orders
If your cancellation is approved and payment was made online, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Important Note
Glow Glitter reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, or detection of suspicious/fraudulent activity. In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was already collected.
